We aim to have you speaking with a coach within 24–48 hours of your first call. There are no referral forms, no GP letters, no public system delays. You call or book online, we speak, and if it’s the right fit, we begin.

Redwood Recovery is a private service. Our programs are priced to reflect genuine one-on-one attention from experienced coaches — not group sessions, not apps, not automated programs.

I’m not sure I’m an addict. Do I have to label myself before calling?
No. Many of our clients would never use that word. If alcohol or substances are affecting your life in ways you don’t like, that’s enough reason to call.
Is everything I say completely confidential?
Yes. Your coaching sessions are private. We don’t share information with anyone — including family members — without your explicit written consent.
Can you help my son / daughter / partner?
Yes. We also work with families separately — helping you understand what’s happening and what you can do. Sometimes the family member calls us first, and that’s completely fine.
